Nick is a business executive and attorney with experience in a variety of business organizations and industries, as well as governmental bodies and nonprofit organizations.

Nick is currently the CEO of Polyvinyl Films, a leading manufacturer and distributor of film products for consumer, retail, food-service, and industrial markets worldwide. Polyvinyl manufactures the "stretch-tite" and "freeze-tite" premium brand food wraps. Previously, Nick was director of operations at Dell/EMC following its acquisition of TwinStrata, a VC-backed technology start-up of which he was a seed-round investor and COO. At EMC, Nick was responsible for strategy and operational plans on several initiatives within EMC’s information infrastructure business. Nick began his career in corporate law for 14 years in Boston.

Nick is involved in a variety of Greek-American organizations and initiatives. He is an Archon of the Order of St. Andrew of The Ecumenical Patriarchate in Constantinople (modern-day Istanbul) and a member of the Metropolis Council and Chairman of the Scholarship Committee of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston/New England. Nick also serves on the board of directors of the Orthodox Christian Mission Center in St. Augustine, FL.

He is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and Boston Latin School.
