Leonard A. Holden

Director

Lenny is a lifelong resident of Hopkinton. He has served on various town boards and committees, including election to the Board of Selectmen and the Parks & Recreation Commission, and has also served as a library trustee.

He has held various positions in the food industry, from neighborhood supermarkets to district sales manager with Utz Quality Foods. He first became involved with the 26.2 Foundation – formerly the Hopkinton Athletic Association – while running for Selectman. He is proud that the Boston Marathon starts in Hopkinton, and has watched it grow from several hundred runners to its present size of 30,000-plus – just as the 26.2 Foundation has grown from selling t-shirts on the Hopkinton Common to a global presence in the marathoning world.
